Two Continually Constant Business Concepts
ZAR.INK Perceptions
The business landscape has always been endlessly changing. The markets have been growing, aligning, adapting and realigning with the continual new desires and demands of the consumers, technological and science advancements, and yet these two business concepts have always been continually constant like no others.
First Constant Concept is, that hiring lazy and incompetent people and then constantly bitching and moaning about it and saying “If only they did their f***ing jobs…” referring to the workers you yourself green-lighted to be hired, never worked, never works and will never work.
Second Constant Concept is, that well-trained, well-informed, well-treated and fully engaged employees give companies, businesses, and nonprofit organizations sustainable competitive edge like nothing else. Human resource is the human capital in reality.
Ask any successful business professional and they'll tell you. Without the best people, there would be no business or company to talk about. During a consulting session not too long ago, one of my clients said: "we'll get through anything, as long as I have my crew with me ". Clearly, he understands the strength, the value, and the importance of fully engaged workforce, fully engaged employees.
Their company has 80% engagement rate, 80%, meanwhile across America over 70% of the workforce is unengaged.
Do you know where your organization stands on this matter?
Let's face it, every crew is not the same, some employees and teams are so unengaged with their positions, that they actually can sink the ship. And the employee engagement strategies and the complexity of the subject can be very overwhelming. Yet the core, the fundamental elements of human engagement are fairly simple.
Motivation and purpose drive people towards efficiency, effectiveness, a higher rate of productivity and superior corporate culture.
The formula then could be formulated as such:
Well trained + well informed + well-treated employees = fully engaged employees.
Evaluation and reevaluation of the current states of the employees as the whole body, as a whole organism, continual training, and development of the employees through systematic programs, sufficient distribution of the important information, partner-like treatment of people creates a culture of corporate harmony, engagement, motivation, and purpose.
So as leaders of small businesses and multinational organization you must provide at least 3 Consistent Continual Training Programs to all of the employees from top to bottom, through the vertical and across the horizontal. Everyone must be on the same page, as far as the core the company is concerned.
What do you think those 3 Programs should be about?
