INTRODUCTION TO LIFELONG ESSENTIALS
One-hour Mindfulness Plus Essential Skills class is designed to inform participants about the importance of proper respiration and mental/emotional self-regulation; about the importance of joint mobilization and physical tension release; and of course meditation and its effects on attention, concentration, relaxation, and neuroplasticity. Participants will learn the five-minute technique that can be used at home, at work, as an energy booster in the morning and throughout the day to maintain and manage their stress.

Manage Your Stress and Anxiety
LIFELONG ESSENTIALS
Five one-hour breathing, mobilization, meditation and capstone routine classes consist of theory fundamentals and practice techniques, such as relaxation, autogenic training, breathing and postural, joint mobilization, and meditation exercises. The course is designed for relaxation, health maintenance, lifestyle improvement, stress management, sustained concentration, increased productivity, creativity, and well-being.

LEARN TO RELAX
LIFELONG ESSENTIALS
One-hour relaxation class designed to help the participants to understand the theoretic information of the relaxation mechanisms of the body and the mind, and it's practical applications. Attendees will learn about the importance of breathing and the process of relaxation. The class is composed of theory and practice of fundamental breathing exercises paired with Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Breathing Meditation and our trademark Somatic Relaxation Technique™.

Learn To Breathe
LIFELONG ESSENTIALS
A one-hour class designed to help the practitioners to become conscientious about the importance of oxygen consumptions, breathing process, and stress management, respiration and pain management. Classes are composed of theory and practice of fundamental breathing exercises paired with thoracic region stretching, to increase body’s ability to expand freely during the movement caused by respiration. Classes range from basic, intermediate and advanced levels.

LEARN TO MEDITATE
LIFELONG ESSENTIALS
One-hour introductory meditation class composed of basic theory on meditation fundamentals and a simple practice technique. Participants will learn daily mindfulness meditation technique for stress management, sustained concentration and increased productivity. During Learn to Meditate class we focus on posture, breathing, and mindfulness as a mental construct.

Learn To Mobilize
LIFELONG ESSENTIALS
One-hour classes designed to increase circulation through the musculoskeletal system and help to release physical tension from the body and let go mental stress. Dynamic Joint Mobility exercise help to increase mobility, flexibility, endurance, an ability to balance, special awareness and injury prevention. DJM is used as a great pre work out warm up routine, consists of non-strenuous movement routine and combat breathing technique. DJM can be used as an energy booster in the morning and during midday breaks.
