We ♥️ Influencers and Influencer Marketing

We all want to influence, let’s not kid ourselves, and some of us actually achieve our goals and actualize our dreams. The proof is that the number of modern influencers is continually growing and has become a force to be reckoned with. They are talented, creative, confident, and have the legitimate capacity to create change and influence social behaviors. Today, people are discovering new untapped market segments and creating new digital and social ecosystems connecting with each other and their favorite influences.

Influencer marketing and influencers are becoming more and more in demand because capturing, holding, and monetizing the attention of millions of people is the name of the game. That phrase summarizes marketing. That is what marketers do. Marketing connects brands and people through influencers. Influencers are a great bridge between people, products, and services brands offer.

Btw, streamers, gamers, creators, artists, writers, speakers, and athletes are some of my favorite influencers. What are yours?

Influencer marketing

Influencer marketing uses key individuals, popular creators, social media, fashion, TV, entertainment influencers, celebrities, and other society movers and shakers to drive brand messages and stories to a wider audience.

Unlike other forms of marketing, influencer marketing relies less on spending money on ads and more on building relationships with these key people. These influencers can introduce and sell new ideas to the public new products, services, news, and so on.

When done correctly, influencer marketing can be an incredibly powerful way to get your product or service in front of the right group of people, especially when launching a new business. This is why relationships with influencers, creators, artists, media publishers and executives, celebrities, and other influencers are so important for product and service discovery.

How to find the right influencers for your brand and your business?

Finding the right influencers is critical if you're looking to expand your brand awareness and business authority in your markets. But how do you find these influencers, and more importantly, how do you know if they're the right fit for your brand and your company?

There are a few key things to keep in mind when you're looking for influencers, and once you know what to look for, it's easy to find the right people to help you promote your products and services. My approach is simple, we try to meet as many influential individuals, and start a relationship with them. After you get to know people, they become your friends, and friends are open to sharing resources and advancing together. It’s really that simple, but it isn’t easy for a great many people. That’s why books with titles like “How to get friends?” always sell well.

We recommend always keeping in mind that the influencers are influencers because of their community. The community behind an influencer is the bus and the force, and the influencer is the bus driver and the trip organizer. Thus, influencers are very attuned to their community, their needs, wants, and behaviors. The crowd is where the power is, and the influencers know the source of their power. Their popularity comes from the community, from the fam.

So, know your product and your target audience.

You can find influential people in your niche by doing market research and asking your friends, and googling Then, approach them and see if they would like to have a conversation. Be nice, be respectful, and don’t judge based on their age and silly videos. Oh, they know their #isht, so pay respect, pay cash and be nice.

Building relationships with influencers - what works and what doesn't?

There's no doubt that influencers can be very powerful when it comes to marketing your brand and products. Just look at what most hated Kim K. has done. Skims is a $3.2 billion company. Mr. Beast has 140 million subscribers on his YouTube channel + few channels and businesses combined together worth $1 billion. Oh, there is money in popularity and social media.

But what's the best way to build a relationship with these influencers? The true, honest answer is to make friends with as many people as possible, be honest, be kind, be yourself, and be a good fkn friend. It sounds so simple, but it’s not easy. Friends introduce their friends to each other. That is how links forge between some of the most influential members of society by making friends.

Or the other easy way how to build a relationship with these influencers is: to text me on one of the socials or be more detailed and email me about your marketing, content, and social media needs and wants. We’ll see if we can become professional friends and do some business together. Maybe you need a brand or direction or just influencers, or you want to do a TEDx talk or be in Times, I mean I don’t know, let us know your heart's desire. We have good friends and we might be able to introduce you to some of our good friends with millions of followers across most social media platforms.

*Please, have a budget before contacting me. We don’t bootstrap anyone’s project. We always collect full payment at contract signing. Only serious inquiries, please!

Working with multiple influencers - managing expectations and avoiding drama.

It can be challenging to work with multiple influencers, especially if you are not used to it. You have to manage expectations and avoid drama. These stars and starlets are busy people on their way to big things, so they’re very busy. It starts with no wasting time. This one is a must to remember, if there is something that can go wrong, it usually does. Working with many stars means dealing with many egos. Really, it’s all about managing people, their acceptations, and promptly executing properly drafted strategic campaigns.

In the past, working with a single influencer was the only way to go when marketing your services or a product through traditional advertising campaigns. There is very little TV watching and a lot of internet and social media time. Everyone is hanging out on the internet. It’s been here, it's going to get bigger and better. Let’s see what web3 will bring to the table.

These days, it's very common to work with multiple influencers to create a bigger and more engaging impact with your digital marketing campaigns. But while this approach can be tremendously fruitful, it can also lead to a lot of drama and miscommunication, and if not handled correctly, you can spend a ton of money and get no results. Please, plan and take care of the basics:

  • Have defined goals and multilevel satisfactory targets.

  • Stay on top of the schedule, and confirm dates.

  • Work on the scripts together, and tell a mutual story.

  • Shoot A-B versions and test which converts better.

  • It’s not a single ad, think ongoing campaigns, ongoing stories.

  • Have food, water, tea, coffee, and snacks on shoot days.

Measuring success in influencer marketing - setting goals and objectives.

A critical success element is creating a strategic plan for your influencer marketing campaign. With defined goals and objectives, it's easier to determine whether or not your efforts are effective.

Set measurable goals and track progress so you can accurately gauge the performance of your influencer marketing strategy. Show your proof of work. The proof is in the numbers. Collect your data: website traffic, social media impressions, engagement, likes, shares, followers, subscribers, and converted sales numbers.

There's no denying that influencers are a powerful force; it is only the beginning. The digital world, the metaverse will continue to evolve. This means the technologies, smartphones, computers will get faster, be able to do more, and connect better. The respective social media platforms will improve at publishing, managing publications, monitoring digital behavior, gaming, advertising, and shopping. The internet is already the place where communities gather together digitally and hang out. This is where online marketing happens.

Influencer marketing can be a great way to reach new audiences and promote your brand and your new and existing products or service - but only if it's done correctly. Once again, if you are planning to create a brand for your next business or planning to rebrand and relaunch, let’s talk and see if it is a good fit for us to work together.
