Balancing Act of The Month of "NO"

I guess we could call January the month of "No". Since no one has any money left after Christmas shopping, no one has any energy left from all the sugar consumption. And all the nos we have to say regarding our established old habits.

Moderation is the key. It’s better to starts slowly and build it up. It’s better to cut one thing and stick with it

Reward yourself with a massage. It’ll help you to get rid of sourness and will help you to feel good so that you can go on with the plan.
